Our History:

Manitou Falls Hydro Dam was constructed in the 1950's and cabins were built for the crew that worked on the dam

1955 "Walt's English River Fish Camp" bought the land and used those cabins for their fish camp and was operated by the family until 1981
-
1981 the camp was sold and new owners changed the name to "Naughty Pines Fish Camp"
-
It grew from 4 to 30 cabins and a lodge and was a high volume resort business with 1,000 guests per year during the 1990's thru 2002

June 21, 2003 the camp was completely destroyed by fire
-
"Naughty Pines Fish Camp" was partially rebuilt after the fire
-
2008 Chris & Lynn Niemeyer purchased it and now it's called "English River Outfitters"
